Robotic Control Panel

CJPA built a PLC panel for a robotics control operation. This robot's task is to take bricks off of a conveyor and determine their destination based on the shape and size. The I/O is connected to crucial cell parts like safety gates, visual sensors, safety status lights,alarms, and pendant controls. This panel also utilizes a safety PLC to uphold an SEL standard that our customer requires. CJPA is happy to accomodate to safety standards outside of our conventional UL standards.
