CJ PANEL & AUTOMATION

Hello, I’m CJ Davis. After an 10 year career in Industrial Automation, I started CJ Panel and Automation. I started my working career at age 16 in restaurants. At 22 I left for a better job building Industrial hopper heaters and soon after, UL508A control panels. I fabricated for 3 years there until I found a better job doing the same thing. I would stay at this next company for 7 years working from panel builder, to panel shop manager, to project management, to sales. Over this time I developed a love and expertise not only for control panels and automation (I know.. it’s nerd stuff) but for business, sales, and success surrounded by awesome relationships. In March 2022, I decided to start my own business and follow my dream as an entrepreneur. I consider myself a “forever student” of Automation and how things work in general. Another fun fact about me is that I’m an aspiring guitarist and music producer!

I believe we can serve our customers best by cultivating a fair, reliable and positive career environment for our employees. I want to empower our colleagues to reserve their best focus for our customer’s expectations in every aspect of business. My goal is for our builders and technicians to be 110% tuned in to your project and foster great relationships for years to come!
